As a post grad student, Junior Fellow, UNEP and WHO project officer, then SOPAC Pharmaceutical Analyst at the Institute of Natural Resources, University of the South Pacific, Penelope acquired an extensive knowledge of Histology and Histochemistry. She is currently Senior Scientist in Histology at ACT Pathology and also teaches Histology and Surgical Cut Up at CIT. Penelope regularly presents laboratory-generated research at State and National meetings.
