Annette is currently the Quality Manager for the Bone Marrow Transplant Network NSW. She has many years experience in document writing and formatting and has managed laboratories that have demonstrated compliance with ISO 15189, TGA Code of Good Manufacturing Practice, and the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapies (FACT) International Standards.

Dianne is the Quality Manager for both Laboratory Services and the BMDI Cord Blood Bank at the Royal Children's Hospital. She originally trained as a haematology scientist and spent many years working in both diagnostic and research laboratories prior to embarking on a new career in Quality Management. The combination of practical laboratory experience and quality management provides her with a well rounded perspective on the quality related issues facing medical scientists.
