Ms Dianne Tucker is the Quality Manager for both Laboratory Services and the BMDI Cord Blood Bank at the Royal Children’s Hospital. She originally trained as a haematology scientist and spent many years working in both diagnostic and research laboratories prior to embarking on a new career in Quality Management. The combination of practical laboratory experience and quality management provides her with a well rounded perspective on the quality related issues facing medical scientists.
